Our Mission
Our mission is to provide accessible and affordable support to workers who find themselves in difficult employment situations. We aim to empower individuals by offering guidance, representation, and advocacy throughout the disciplinary process or grievance procedures.
Legal and Union Representation:
A team of accredited representatives is here to support you every step of the way. Whether you're facing disciplinary action or need assistance with a formal grievance, we're dedicated to protecting your rights and ensuring a fair outcome.
Advice and
Guidance:
We will try assist with help, advice and guidance and to try help you to understand your rights and navigate the complexities of employment law. We may also help with review of documents in some limited instances.
Emotional
Support:
Dealing with work place issues can be extremely stressful and sometimes overwhelming too. The Foundation may on occasions offer guidance and emotional support through the process, provide a listening ear to your concerns.
The foundation also provides some very general advice and guidance in other areas of the law, such as Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Who We Help
We assist people from all backgrounds, in particular those who have protected characteristics /or vulnerable and are experiencing difficulties in the workplace.
